Although S.M.A.R.T. is based in Royal Oak, we cover quite a broad area. We will go wherever we are needed. We've attended city council meetings in Allen Park, rescued cats from an abandoned trailer park in Southfield, sponsored anti 'animal circus' ads in local papers and have had educational demonstrations everywhere from Chelsea to Birmingham, Novi to downtown Detroit... We are everywhere.
